Douglas Gold serves as the firm’s Chief Operating & Financial Officer with responsibility for strategic planning, finance & administration and mergers & acquisitions. He has spent the last 20 years, since graduating with a degree in Finance from Santa Clara University, working in a variety of industries, including software, banking, non-profit, professional services and manufacturing on diverse transactions, ranging from an IPO to venture financings to acquisitions and sales operations. Mr. Gold has worked for companies ranging in size from pre-revenue to $700 million and pre-IPO to public, exposing him to enterprises going through business reorganization, start-up phases and high-growth scaling. Mr. Gold’s ambition and entrepreneurial spirit have driven him to become involved as an advisor, board member and investor to multiple companies. He also remains committed to investing time in his community by volunteering as a Jewish Big Brother and sitting on the Board of the Republican Jewish Coalition’s Young Leadership. Mr. Gold’s past honors include having served as Chapter Chairman of the March of Dimes, Chapter President of Kiwanis International, and coaching AYSO soccer. |
