We have significant experience with representing both United States companies forming businesses and joint ventures in foreign countries and foreign companies forming businesses and joint ventures in the United States. In particular, we have experience with taking United States companies to China to set up joint ventures. We have been able to introduce such companies to Chinese companies and persons who have helped facilitate such transactions. In addition, we have extensive experience in helping Chinese and Korean companies access the capital markets in the United States and have helped them with offerings in the United States or taking them public in the United States. We have successfully taken Chinese private companies public in the United States and have helped list their securities on the NASDAQ National Market. Our vast experience in this practice area has allowed us to develop a significant network of capital sources and service providers to assist in such transactions. Our transactions have also involved United States companies opening offices in Europe, and European companies commencing or expanding operations in the United States. Many of our clients have business interests in Europe and elsewhere, and are listed on The Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange (the "AIM" and other exchanges including The Neur Markt in Germany. Furthermore, many of our clients outsource manufacturing and certain services to cheaper markets such as China, India and Mexico, and we assist our clients in these international agreements. |
